Tom Trago

Tom Trago has been a significant figure in the Dutch electronic music scene for over two decades, known for his diverse and deep contributions as a producer, DJ, label owner, collaborator, remixer, and radio host. Initially famous for his DJ sets and residencies at Amsterdam's Trouw and De School, Trago has recently reduced his live appearances to focus on sustainable and inspiring performances at select venues. Trago now concentrates on music production and radio broadcasting, working from his studios in Alkmaar and Bergen aan Zee. He has founded the Jong Nederland label to release some of his new work. Embracing a more introspective approach, Trago continues to explore various production styles, constantly challenging himself in the studio. Since his debut in 2006, Trago has released six acclaimed albums, collaborated with numerous artists, remixed tracks for well-known acts, and supported Dutch producers through his Voyage Direct label. In 2023, returned to Rush Hour with a new album, Deco, and revive Voyage Direct with fresh music. Future projects include a new electro and IDM album, a full-length release from his band Mega Wega, and music from the Shoebox project with Maxi Mill. Trago remains committed to evolving his sound and defying expectations.
